Dr. George Neuman / CEO / Founder

Meet Dr. George Neuman, the driving force behind GAN Human Resources. Dr. Neuman is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner with an extensive background in I-O Psychology. Since the inception of GAN Human Resources, he has been committed to providing his clients with research-based practices to help them achieve their goals.

With his impressive credentials that include a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, an M.S. in Clinical Psychology & Counseling, an M.B.A. in Industrial/Personnel Management, a B.S. in Management and Economics, and a B.A. in Education, Dr. Neuman is a true expert in his field.

Dr. Neuman's areas of expertise include testing and personnel selection, psychometrics, organizational development, and statistical analysis. He has the knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to help your organization identify and implement effective selection procedures that promote a diverse workforce and comply with EEO guidelines.

 
 

Amanda Neuman / Executive director

Meet Amanda, a valued member of the team at GAN Human Resources. As the Executive Director at GAN Human Resources, Amanda plays a vital role in providing client support and guidance regarding selection and assessment decisions, EEO analytics, adverse impact analysis, and diversity metrics. She has also contributed to the development of GAN Human Resources' test validation, alternative testing formats, client professional development, and EEO compliance.

What's more, Amanda is currently working on her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology. With her credentials, including an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, an M.Ed. in Master's of Education, and a B.S. in Communicative Disorders, Amanda is an expert in her field.
